How will I wear the controller?
You can place the controller in a belt case. The case is a standard element that you have received along with the pump.
Does it matter on which side I place the the output of my LVAD cable?
No. The shirt allows you to carry the pump comfortably whether the driveline output is on the right or left of your body.
Do you offer products for HeartWare owners?
Due to a different shape of the battery and the controller, the shirt cannot be used with the HeartWare pump.
Can the T-shirt be washed?
Yes - the T-shirt can be washed manually or in a washing machine. It should be washed in 40°C, but it can be washed both by hand and in washing machines. It shouldn't be bleached (it is, however, acceptable to clean it in chloroethene or in gasoline). Because of the used material, the T-shirt shouldn't be dried in automatic driers, although it can be ironed in low temperatures (max. 110°C).
What is the T-shirt made of?
It's 92% polyester and 8% spandex.
How is this T-shirt different from others?
It is dedicated for patients with LVAD, and thus it fits your body perfectly and is suited to the size of your Heartmate pump. As opposed to other T-shirts (e.g. those dedicated for gun-holding), the safety’s first - the batteries will never move or fall out by accident.
Are there any prints on the T-shirt?
No - it has no prints, and you can wear it under any clothing you like, without it being seen.
Won't I get too hot in the T-shirt?
The material it's made of is very durable and elastic. It separates moisture very well and dries quickly. The T-shirt is very airy.
Does the T-shirt have a pocket for the controller?
No. It needs to be held on a belt, hidden in a case provided with the pomp.
Which Heartmate pumps may be carried in the shirt?
The shirt is dedicated for Heartmate 2 (a more recent version of the controller) and 3.

What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping price depends on the country to which your shirt is to be sent. In order to check the cost, add the item you are interested in to your shopping cart and select your country from the dropdown list - the price will immediately appear in your shopping cart.
When will I receive my T-shirt?
The order will be sent the next day after you pay and should reach you within 3-4 days.
Immediately after preparing the shipment, you will receive an email from us with confirmation and a link to follow the delivery.

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving your order you can return it without giving any reason - just let us know. If you decide to return the ordered products, we will give you the full value of the product - the only condition is that the clothes have not been damaged. We undertake to provide products free of any defects. However, if you find that you have reservations about the quality of the shirt, you can file a claim under warranty. In the description of the complaint, please provide the following:

(2) a request for a way to bring compliance with a sales contract or a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from a sales contract;
(3) your contact details - this will make it easier for us to handle your complaint quickly. Please note that the requirements of the preceding sentence are in the form of recommendations only and do not affect the validity of the complaint without the recommended description of the complaint.
